Love and friendship are feelings that we cannot limit to a single day, it is something that we must nurture continuously, so taking advantage of my day of rest and common meeting with my friends I decided to invite them to eat at our house to share a pleasant time.
I confess that I am not very skilled with the preparation of food and this made me a little nervous about inviting them, but I decided to get up the courage and try it, after all, what was worth it was the intention and the quality time shared, don't you think?
I prepared something very simple, some meatballs stuffed with mashed potatoes and toasted bread, honestly they were delicious and we were all pleased with the food, that gave me more confidence, is that one of my friends is an excellent cook and even boiled water is tasty as they say over there.
As in each of our meetings, after lunch I prepared coffee to get into our comfort zone and even more to taste a delicious dessert that my friends brought, I'm talking about a carrot cake with almonds and raisins, it was fluffy and extremely delicious, which made a unique plus with our usual concentrated black.
We took advantage of this special time to share our experiences and short term projects, these meetings between us are very fruitful, we are dedicated to expose innovative ideas, work together and we are pleased when we work as a team, definitely as they say over there who finds a friend, finds a brother and true treasure and they are definitely super special for our whole family.
It is so gratifying to share our passion for coffee and it is precisely him who we use as an excuse to meet, we see each other in some spaces and the first thing we express is the need to share a coffee together and by the way to catch up on our experiences, as they say over there the burdens are much lighter when shared and to know that we are not alone, it is certainly a great relief.
We are very busy people and the only day we coincide are Sundays, so whenever possible and life allows me to continue nurturing our friendship with a delicious and aromatic black coffee, those that are the cure for the soul and that is shared with good friends, because as they say over there happiness is also an excuse to share and spread it to others.

El amor y la amistad son sentimientos que no podemos limitar a un solo día, es algo que debemos alimentar continuamente así que aprovechando mi día de descanso y de encuentro común con mis amigos decidí invitarles a comer a nuestra casa para compartir un tiempo agradable.
Les confieso que no soy muy diestra con la preparación de la comida y esto me genero ciertos nervios a la hora de invitarlos, pero decidí armarme de valor e intentarlo, al fin de cuenta lo que valía la pena era la intensión y el tiempo de calidad compartido ¿no creen ustedes?
Prepare algo muy sencillo, unas albóndigas rellenas con puré de papas y pan tostado, sinceramente quedaron deliciosas y todos quedamos complacidos con la comida, eso me dio más seguridad, es que uno de mis amigos es un excelente cocinero y hasta el agua hervida le queda sabrosa como dicen por allí.
Como en cada uno de nuestros encuentros, luego del almuerzo me dispuse a preparar café para entrar en nuestro ambiente de confort y más aún para poder degustar un delicioso postre que trajeron mis amigos, le hablo de una torta de zanahoria con almendras y pasitas, estaba esponjosa y extremadamente deliciosa, lo que hizo un plus único con nuestro acostumbrado negrito concentrado.
Aprovechamos este tiempo especial para compartir nuestras experiencias y proyectos a corto plazo, estas reuniones entre nosotros son muy fructíferas, nos dedicamos a exponer ideas innovadoras, trabajo en conjunto y es que nos sentimos complacidos cuando trabajamos en equipo, definitivamente como lo dicen por allí quien encuentra un amigo, encuentra un hermano y verdadero tesoro y ellos en definitivas cuenta son súper especial para toda nuestra familia.
Es tan gratificante el compartir nuestra pasión por el café y es justamente el a quien usamos como excusa para reunirnos, nos vemos en algunos espacios y lo primero que expresamos es la necesidad de compartir un café juntos y de paso para ponernos al día de nuestras experiencias vividas, como dicen por allí las cargas son mucho más ligeras cuando se comparten y el poder saber que no estamos solos, sin duda alguna es un gran alivio.
Somos personas muy ocupadas y el único día en que coincidimos son los domingos, así que siempre que se pueda y la vida me lo permita seguir nutriendo nuestra amistad con un delicioso y aromático café negro, esos que son la cura para el alma y que se comparte con buenos amigos, porque como dicen por allí la felicidad también es una excusa para compartir y contagiar a otros.
