Hello, your analysis of the pros and cons of each option is very good, without a doubt a very interesting point to take into account in this conversation about coffee. I particularly prefer small businesses, home made ventures where they treat you with a family feeling and know you as a customer, I have a favorite coffee shop where I have breakfast when I can that I have been going to since I was just a young boy of 12 or 13 years old and my dad would take me, they know me so well that I don't even have to ask for coffee because they know exactly how I like it.
