This time i will tell my story which is in a cafe with a cup of iced coffee, snacks and my sketchook, alone and enjoying the day.
This time I visited a cafe called Garpoo Cafe, this is one of the cafes that already has several branches in Medan. This cafe has a comfortable and peaceful atmosphere, that's why I like being here. By bringing my sketchbook while drinking coffee, I can draw calmly and comfortably.
Not only a comfortable place but the food and drinks here are also delicious. they have several menu options, but unfortunately I only took pictures of a few. Here they sell various choices of coffee, non-coffee drinks, main dishes, and also snacks.
Because I had already had lunch, therefore I only ordered snacks and a cup of coffee. For drinks I ordered iced palm sugar latte, while for snacks I ordered toast.
Ice Palm Sugar Latte
Ice palm sugar latte is one of the coffee variations that I like the most and buy the most, so this time I chose to order that drink. And it seems that my choice to order this drink was not wrong, because the taste of this drink is delicious. The bitter taste of coffee, the sweetness of milk and palm sugar mix well and are delicious.
Although the coffee has a bitter taste but it doesn't feel heavy, this coffee has a light taste on the tongue and throat. The coffee I like is coffee that doesn't have a sour taste, and lately I like coffee with a light taste, because if the coffee feels too heavy it makes my head hurt. I hope my explanation is easy to understand, I'm afraid I explained it badly and made you confused.
Toast
In this cafe has several flavors and toppings for its toast, and I prefer to order chocolate cheese toast. The toast in this cafe has a thick size and is cut into 4 parts (where each part has two layers containing chocolate and cheese). Maybe in Indonesia toast like this is better known as bandung toast. For the chocolate they use chocolate sprinkles and the cheese uses grated cheese, the topping is sprinkled very much on the toast.
And the taste of this toast is very delicious, with a fairly large portion making me quite full. The taste of crispy toast with toppings that have a mixture of salty and sweet flavors.
And that's my story at Garpoo cafe, it's fun. with a comfortable atmosphere and drinking my favorite drink makes me able to draw well. It seems like i will show the result of the drawing that i drew this time.

My, the toast looks really good. Chocolate and cheese for a toppings sounds good. The latte looks good too, and with the nice ambiance inside the cafe, snacking on those for sure is super enjoyable ┏(＾0＾)┛
