Here I bring you another of my stories with my adored and inseparable friend “THE COFFEE”.
In this opportunity I want to share my personal experience with this brand of coffee that is new to me, I had never seen it before, it is called “CAFË CHAMARRERO”.
My youngest daughter traveled to San Cristóbal, a Venezuelan city, capital of the State of Táchira on a trip with her husband and children, while there in one of the coffee shops she visited, they offered her this brand of coffee among others, which she did not know either, but she tried it and liked it, so she bought several packages and brought one to my house a few weeks ago.
Although this coffee was elaborated in the State of Monagas, it was being promoted in the State of Táchira.
Yesterday, being alone at home, I remembered that coffee that I had kept in the cabinet since my daughter brought it to me and I decided to prepare it to try it, so I uncovered it, poured it into a glass container and set up my new coffee pot on the stove.
My husband brought me two chocolate vanilla cakes, very timely to go with my coffee that afternoon.
In addition to the coffee my daughter also bought me a small cup with its saucer for me to have as a souvenir of Táchira State.
I already have another beautiful cup of coffee for my collection!.
When the coffee was ready, I poured some in my new cup, I wanted to try it black before adding the milk, I really liked its flavor, although its smell and taste is a little strong, it is impetuous, I liked it a lot, but for that moment I felt like a coffee with milk.
I poured enough coffee in a large cup and added powdered milk, with a whisk I beat it vigorously until I got enough foam and then I added some powdered cinnamon.
That coffee was delicious, even though I was alone at home and had no one to share that delight with, I enjoyed it very much along with the two cakes that my husband brought me, very good combination.
At that moment I felt like calling my daughter on the phone to tell her about my experience with the coffee he brought me, but I restrained myself and decided to call her later, since I didn't want my coffee to get cold.
Once I had completely finished my snack, being well satisfied, I called my daughter and told her how I had prepared the coffee she bought me, I told her that I loved it and that the next time I saw it she should buy me a bigger one, hahaha.
She was very happy to know that she had not lost her money and that she had made me very happy with those two gifts that she bought me, she told me: “mom I bought you a 100 grams in case you did not like it”, but be sure that when I see it again I will buy you a half kilo or a kilo and she started to laugh, hahaha.
We finished talking on the phone and we were both very happy.
