Hello, coffee lovers...

Those of you who do outdoor activities or are avid sportsmen, must be familiar with the function of coffee in the aerobic activities that we will do. Some people will drink coffee before exercise as a powerhouse, because the energy surge is more optimal. With the right dosage, drinking coffee before exercise is also reported to reduce the risk of injury.

I'm the same way. Sometimes, before a race, I drink coffee an hour before the start. Or I use it as 'breakfast' accompanied by a banana. However, in the last race at the Amartha Run 10kilo meter event, I actually drank coffee after the finish as a change of energy.

At the event, I found a coffee stand that was also a sponsor, called KOPI KALYAN. I went straight to the booth and bought one of the premium arabica cold brew that was on their menu.

Best Premium Cold Brew Arabica in Town

Maybe the title is a bit exaggerated. But, you know what? I haven't had a coffee with cold brew arabica that tastes this strong in a long time. When I took my first sip, my tongue was immediately familiar with the level of sourness that made my eyes widen. I spontaneously said to my friend “Hey... this is really good!”

As someone who really likes strong tasting types of coffee, I fell in love with Kopikalyan's premium arabica cold brew variant. Unfortunately, they don't have many branches. So, I don't know if I'll want to try them again in the future. Maybe I'll try to find out about it on social media.
The cold brew and carbs that I consumed after finishing, instantly recharged my energy. I was amazed over and over again by the distinctive arabica flavor.

Packaged in a can, with a very simple outer design. Hanaya black with the variants printed large as if the coffee owner didn't intend to make a more eye-catching design in terms of appearance.

However, I think this is genius. I see such a simple design with a good taste, leading me to the wise man's phrase, that we can't judge something by its cover alone.

Wow... I didn't expect that at the end of my 10-kilometer run, I would come across coffee this good. According to my friend who prefers lattes, this coffee is very bitter. Its okey... people's preferences don't always have to be the same, right? All coffee is equally good according to each person's taste. Especially, when you meet the right amount and brew. Wow... heavenly.

After resting enough and finishing my coffee, I decided to go home by taking the fast train (MRT). thank you for reading my writing, see you next time ...!

Well, that's a good find 🤓. It's been a months since I last had coffee. It has bad effect to me so I just stop it. Good thing, I am not that addicted to it 🙉🙉

I sorry to hear that. I hope you keep enjoying whatever you like to drinks and booster your mood. Happy always and thank you for stopping by, @ruffatotmeee 🤩

It takes some getting used to, doesn't it? I love bitter coffee myself, but if you normally have lattes, like your friend, and other softer beverages it can seem very strange.

I don't normally run, but I might if there's good coffee at the end :D

Yeah. you got me. I imagine a refreshing cold coffee while running on the track. Coffee understands me the most after running. he he he

Thank you for the support, @honeydue

Thank you so much, @cinnccf ... happy brewing.

A coffee before and after a race. I can only imagine the energy that coffee gives you to get to the finish line. It's great to participate in marathons, I've run one or two.

Thanks for sharing your experience with us.☕
