Sometimes we need something beyond reason or outside of our habits to be able to enjoy what we find. For example, on my holiday trip a few weeks ago at Baba Lokhga beach in Banda Aceh. Not early in the morning or late at night, we went there to enjoy the sunrise and sunset. But I visited there when the sun was shining brightly above my head, namely at 1 pm. And in my country, Indonesia, where we only know two seasons, 1 o'clock in the afternoon is the peak when the sun is at its strongest to give its rays.
So if we go to the beach at noon like that, what do we order? Usually most visitors order cold young coconut which is very refreshing to help replace body ions lost due to beach activities or order ice cream or other things, but look what I ordered was out of the ordinary and my wife and I ordered a glass of coffee. I chose Arabica coffee while my wife ordered cold Capuchino coffee as her choice. And it's not without reason why my wife and I chose coffee as our drink on this hot beach.
The strong sea breeze blowing on our faces and of course our eyes made me sleepy while there were several other tourist destinations I wanted to go to. Even though this is very tiring, we rarely get moments like this, so compared to choosing coconut water, I prefer coffee as my companion to enjoy the beauty of this beach.
Apart from that, why do I prefer Black Arabica coffee compared to sachet coffee mixed with sugar. Because the black coffee produced at home by Acehnese residents tastes thicker and bitter and is also very thick. The bitterness makes my tongue not forget the taste and my eyes immediately wake up and don't feel sleepy. And I ordered my black coffee without any granulated sugar at all so that my stomach acid wouldn't flare up and the caffeine effect was much more pronounced for my eyes so I wouldn't faint. And because the coffee was delicious, I bought the coffee powder to take home and it turned out they sold it too. And a 250 gram pack of coffee is only priced at IDR. 25,000 and the price if exchanged is less than 2 U$ dollars. The price is quite cheap, right?
If you like surfing and have free time, come to Aceh, enjoy its culinary, culture and of course this unique Acehnese coffee that you shouldn't miss. Greetings from me, Tomi Diwirja, Indonesia
Yes thank you.
I wouldn't have thought of coffee on the beach hahaha it really looks strange although everyone enjoys it in their own way and drinks what they want in the place that suits them best. Thanks for sharing those beautiful pictures.
I also feel strange drinking coffee on the beach. but because of my city trip to this beach in Aceh for 15 hours my body feels tired and sleepy, hoping my energy will recover and not be sleepy anymore after drinking coffee. thank you for your visit.
Greetings friend, that sounds great and in this way you can do something different, see another environment and always keep that great drink like coffee and I hope you enjoyed it and the combination you managed to make is unique. Now you can surf with peace of mind.
It sounds strange to drink coffee on the beach. I actually want to try the coffee in this Aceh area, which many people say is delicious.
It will surely be very good
Drinking coffee on a beach day is not something very common, but it is something to enjoy. It is noted that these coffees have a great taste and taste with the palate, and best of all the view of the beach is magnificent, greetings.
yes that's right. enjoying a cup of coffee while feeling the breeze on the beach is very enjoyable in my opinion.
A drink that is definitely a hit at any time, especially on the beach, where you can enjoy the drink and the spectacular view.
Yes, that's right. That's how I felt when I was there. It was so much fun.
Without a doubt, a beachfront cafe is a wonderful event... and the view is incredible.
