Enjoying a cup of coffee in a nice place is everyone's dream and not everyone gets that opportunity for example some lucky people just open their house curtains and the amazing natural scenery is already in front of their eyes such as mountains, seas or rivers flowing crystal clear. And isn't that everyone's dream and that also includes my dream.
To enjoy a cup of this coffee I have to travel from my house to this cafe for about 1.5 hours and if you ask me if there are no good coffee cafes in my city. The answer is yes and many. However, good coffee alone will not be enough to cure my chaotic mood due to the many jobs in my office. Then the long holiday is still a long way off so my wife and I have to be smart in finding time to be able to please ourselves and clear our brains that are starting to get cloudy and then look for new inspiration of course.
Actually, it's not just drinking coffee that I'm aiming for, but I want to enjoy the mountain scenery that is not in my area with fresh air and the pungent smell of grass that is still very attached to my sense of smell, and this is what makes me relax. Talking with my wife, exchanging ideas to find solutions and discussing light things is also very nice if we go to a place like this and to this cafe there is no traffic jam at all. then if you ask if the cafe is luxurious, the answer is that the cafe is very simple with wood for the whole thing, but look at the scenery behind me.
In addition, the taste of coffee here is also very different from the others because they roast their own coffee from the plantations they have. As you can see, I found some coffee trees whose fruit has started to turn red around this cafe and I saw many other coffee trees behind the cafe near the mountains there, but I didn't go there because it was not allowed and the road access was steep. Then the coffee beans that are obtained will be dried in closed places like the one in my photo, this is to avoid insects and other animals that eat coffee beans and then go to the forest. These coffee beans are what they then process and sell in their own cafe.
And the menu in this cafe is not only coffee but also hot chocolate that they roast themselves from their garden. In addition to chocolate, there are also other snacks such as hot fried cassava and this is an extraordinary combination for drinking coffee enjoying the view and breathing fresh air that is free from pollution. It feels like this burden is lifted and does not want to go home. Something that is very rare in my city. Oh yes, because the coffee in this cafe is very bitter, therefore they also provide granulated sugar in a separate place so that if you don't like it bitter, you can add granulated sugar.
