Hey People, so I got to the bus park this morning, I was ready to board a bus to my destination. But then, something unexpected just happened. The smell of delicious coffee wafted through the air and entered my nostrils, and I just couldn't resist. I mean, how could I ehn… The smell was just so strong and inviting, it was yummy….
At first, I did not know where the smell was coming from. I looked around, trying to find the source. And then, I saw her the coffee seller. She was standing a few feet away, with a big flask of coffee in her hand. I quickly walked up to her and ordered a cup.
The coffee was heaven. I mean, it was really, really good. The richness of the flavor was so amazing,I took a sip, and before I knew it, I was done with the cup. It was so good. I was then tempted to order another cup, but I was low on cash at that moment.
The cup of coffee cost 500 naira, this is less than one dollar. The cup was very small, but the flavor was so big, like it was niceeee ,I guess that's why I wanted more. I was thinking about how good it would be to have another cup, but I just did not have the money.
As I stood there, trying to decide whether ,I should order another cup or not to order, I started thinking about my love for coffee. I mean, I really, really love it. There is just something about the smell and the taste that gets me every time.
I have always been a coffee lover, even when I go to school. My friends and I would always go to the school cafeteria to buy coffee and biscuits. It was one of our favorite things to do. And even till now, as I do not talk to them that much, I still love coffee just as much.
So but what really got me thinking was how much joy that cup of coffee brought me.You see, I mean, it was just a simple cup of coffee, but it really did make my day. It is funny how something so small can bring someone so much happiness.
So as I walked away from the woman selling coffee, I could not help but feel grateful for that cup of coffee. It was a small cup ,but it did make a big impact on my day. And it got me to think about how much joy we can find in the simple things of life.
Sometimes, it is the small things that bring us humans the most happiness. Maybe a good cup of coffee or a beautiful sunset or perhaps a good book, these are the things that can make our day. And sometimes we often kinda overlook them.
See we get so caught up in our busy lives, just trying to achieve our goals and achievements in life to make a living, so we forget to appreciate those small things. We just forget to stop and smell the roses,
Well in my case,to stop and smell the coffee.
Do you know that today, that cup of coffee reminded me to just slow down and appreciate every small things of life. It also reminded me we can find joy in the simplest things of life, and that even sometimes, it is even those small things that bring us the most happiness in our lives.

This matters too
Ohhhh the love that we share for coffee! I couldn't agree more that that aroma of it is just sooooo inviting. Usually, before I leave for work, I'll have a cup of coffee. That should be enough to start my day. But whenever I arrive at my workplace, people there are actually drinking coffee too, and so without any doubt, I'll have my second cup. Because just like what you said, there is always that something about the smell and the taste that gets us every time.
500 Naira for that coffee is really good, the coffee I bought at an actual coffee shop was 5200 for that cup. It's a good thing you enjoyed your coffee
