đSuddenly, I just realize that I often take my time sitting in the coffee shop these weeks to rethink about my inner problems. Nothing is impossible for me especially when I face myself to cross out the fears inside. I search on google and on the map application just to find out something new to drop by.
Catching the blue eyes of me is a little space in the small ally located in district 1 of Ho Chi Minh city. S'mores Saigon Caffè, with the 4.7 star rating and a thousand of review from the guests, I believe in my sensation that this cafÊ shop is the one I need now. I do not take time to hesitate my choice anymore. I instantly arrive to them under the unacceptable heat of this city.
As you know, every cafĂŠ shop always tries to get the most highlight as their signature to attract guests, so does this coffeeshop. There are two special things taking my interestings including the drinks and the green space.
First of all, there is a wide diversity of drinks in the menu, particularly the coffee one. Though I am not a fan of cafein, I am also being attracted by the machine and the way they make a cup of coffee. Everything here, from the machine to the bartender looks very professional. Instead of using the original filter, they take the specility fabric net to filter the coffee. By dripping water through the ground coffee, the coffee drop will go into the coffee pot till it done.
My friend (comes after me) is a fan of cafĂŠ, she loves to drink coldbrew coffee a lot. Therefore, when it is our turn to make an order, she chooses the coldbrew coffee with fresh Dracontomelon juice, this is an absolutely new drink she has never tried before. I also wonder how taste it is, it is sourer or more special? I do not know. I also order a new kind of milk tea đ haaha. Furthermore, the price from drinks is affordable following the market rate of other coffee shop.
Secondly, it is about the green space that I have mentioned before. Actually it is not a quite large coffee shop, however, they spent more than 50% of area to creat the nature and design the outdoor area for guests. They picked up and grew shrubs, ornamental plants, dĂŠcor other things for checking or taking photos from youngsters.
I can feel the positive energy filling up in this cafe shop via those trees and the vibe here. Sometimes, there are not enough space for welcoming more guests, they have to wait or find out another shop to drop by instead.
If you never taste the coffee poured from the fabric net, letâs try ^^.

Well, i think if you try to taste cold brew coffee (arabica type) with Dracontemelon taste, it can be your fav drink just like me in the first time. By the way. I wonder do you know this kind of fruit?

It is very sour. But it is a perfect food to cook soup or make salted dry apricot. The tourists visiting the capital of Viet Nam and buy it a lot as their gifts when they come back to their country.
That coffee shop looks super cool, and I love the little coffee pourers, they look like a crazy science experiment đ
hahaha, you are absolutely right, I am also attractive with it, It makes me remember about my university, working and learning hard to pas the the experiment tests in lab. lol.
That filter coffee setup definitely caught my eye. It's a lovely-looking coffee shop overall.
All that green space makes it a cozy place to retreat alone or with friends.

It is my pleasure to share it in our lovely community. I have never stoped by and tried any coffee drink in oversea, sometimes I wonder how are the decoration style in other coffee shop, especially in your country. I noticed that in my city, most of the owner loves to decor the vintage and modern style rather than the countryside style. It becomes a big trend for anyone who starts up with coffee shop.

I have only ever drank cold brew once. I really want to give it another go. That Dracontomelon juice coffee sounds interesting. Tbh I don't know what a Dracontomelon is haha but I see that you have an explanation below in the comments.
This is that kind of fruit. In Ha Noi city, the capital of Viet Nam, they grow it a lot, and only that place has it. I am not sure if your country has this one!
We don't have that here in Canada as far as I know. Maybe it's imported into some markets but I don't know for sure.
