Good morning friends! Today I would like to review for you a coffee that I recently found, it is San Salvador coffee, I even liked the packaging, it looks very elegant, it is a 100% Arabica gourmet coffee, that is to say, of the best quality, I have even heard that this product is exported, I really like the texture since they grind the coffee beans in such a way that it feels very soft, on the other hand the aroma is exquisite, so much that I have noticed that when I pass near the container where we keep the coffee, you can perceive the smell very intensely.
In my country, Venezuela, it is part of our culture to drink coffee every morning to accompany breakfast, we usually have breakfast with our traditional arepas, but from very early in the morning Venezuelan homes are impregnated with the delicious aroma of freshly brewed coffee.
I drink it with a lot of milk and a little sugar, however sometimes I usually add a little vanilla or chocolate essence, depending on the kind of breakfast I am accompanying my coffee with. But one of the things I noticed right away regarding this brand, is that the aroma became more intense the moment I was brewing it. It even whetted my appetite.
In my case I bought a 200 grams package to try it but there are many presentations, from 200 grams to even a kilo. I would also like to buy this brand of coffee but in whole beans, unfortunately for now I can't because I don't have a coffee mill.
Generally, in almost all Venezuelan homes people prepare coffee in a more traditional and artisanal way, brewing it, but there are those who prefer the traditional electric coffee makers, I do not like them because I feel that in that way the coffee loses a lot of aroma and even flavor. However, at home we have a Greca coffee maker that we use from time to time to prepare espresso, and I feel that it gives it a different but equally delicious flavor, more similar to the one sold in coffee shops.
I am happy to be releasing a new mug, I love this kind of mugs, and it was also a gift from my daughter for my birthday.

¡Buenos días amigos! Hoy quisiera reseñar para ustedes un café que encontré recientemente, se trata del café San Salvador, incluso me gustó el empaque, se ve muy elegante, se trata de un café gourmet 100 % arábico, es decir, de la mejor calidad, incluso he escuchado que este producto lo exportan, me gusta mucho por la textura ya que muelen de tal manera los granos de café que se siente muy suave, por otra parte el aroma es exquisito, tanto que he notado que cuando paso cerca del recipiente donde guardamos el café, se puede percibir el olor con mucha intensidad.
En mi pais, Venezuela, es parte de nuestra cultura beber café todas las mañanas para acompañar el desayuno, por lo general desayunamos con nuestras tradicionales arepas, pero desde muy temprano los hogares venezolanos se impregnan con delicioso aroma del café recién colado.
Yo lo tomo con mucha leche y un poco de azúcar, sin embargo a veces le suelo añadir un poco de vainilla o escencia de chocolate, dependiendo de la clase de desayuno con la que esté acompañando mi café. Pero una de las cosas que noté enseguida con respecto a esta marca, es que el aroma se tornó más intenso en el momento en que lo estaba colando. Incluso me abrió el apetito.
En mi caso yo adquirí un paquete de 200 gramos para probarlo pero hay muchas presentaciones, desde los 200 gramos hasta incluso el kilo. También me gustaría comprar esta marca de café pero en granos enteros, lamentablemente por ahora no puedo porque no tengo molino.
Por lo general, en casi todas las casas venezolanas las personas preparan el café de forma más tradicional y artesanal, colándolo, pero hay quienes prefieren las cafeteras tradicionales eléctricas, a mi no me gustan porque siento que de ese modo el café pierde mucho aroma e incluso sabor. Sin embargo en casa tenemos una cafetera greca que usamos de vez en cuando para reparar expreso, y siento que le otorga un sabor diferente pero igualmente delicioso, más parecido al que venden en las cafeterías.
Me siento contento de estar estrenando taza, amo este tipo de tazas, y además fue un regalo de mi hija por mi cumpleaños.
Y bueno, por ahora no me queda nada más que decir, tan solo agradecer por permitirme expresarme en esta preciosa comunidad de amantes del café. Nos vamos en otra oportunidad, Dios mediante.
