The way people take their coffee has a lot to say about them. Most times there could be fluctuations but then there is always a certain coffee attribute that is peculiar to a person. Most times there could be a shift in routine but then you could give an idea or two about who the individual is. The same way how we dress and speak most times gives in to our personalities that’s the same way that how we drink our coffee gives our personality away.
I found a small cafe around my place, and several times when I had coffee there I have seen people with different personalities come in, most people come in with their friends and then they order a cup of coffee, and then sit with their friends, drinking their coffee and having a conversation which most times they happen to be so loud. These kinds of people are those that are very jovial and they are extroverts because sometimes they get caught up in their conversations and do not finish their coffee.
Then I see some people who come in and the waitress says, “Sir your usual?” These kinds of people to me are sometimes people who do not like changing their daily routine. They want everything exactly how they always have it. So most times they happen to notice little changes in their coffee because they know exactly how their coffee tastes as it is now a daily routine. Sometimes when these set of people sit down to have their coffee they try to concentrate on their coffee.
Then there is me who loves all sweet things and will never have black coffee. To me, I see people who have black coffee without any sugar as Mature people, who are either considerate of their sugar level. Well, I love my coffee with sugar and milk and most times, I spend my time looking around for new cafes because I am going to have a taste of their coffee.
Then I see people who take coffee as work as workaholic, we already know that coffee helps us to stay awake and work more, therefore those who take coffee either late at night or before they work are seen as workaholics and wouldn’t want anything stopping them from doing their work.
The fact that the way we drink our coffee reveals a lot about us, is a great thing. But then most times I feel that our emotions could affect the way we take our coffee, we could be super excited and then want to have coffee with friends meanwhile we love the indoor intake of coffee. So most times I do a thorough check on how people take his or her coffee regularly before I draw my insights about the individual.
So with the above, I think I am correct when I say we could get an insight into who a person is, by the way they drink their coffee, how they make their coffee, and also the environment and situation they have their coffee as well.

You are right. Just like our dressing speaks well about our appearances, so does drinking or whatever drink gives an insight into who a person is. I love those who goes for the usual and not change it as they are likely to notice a change if there is any.
