Venezuela is one of the countries that stand out for its quality in the production of coffee and that is something that fills us with great pride. So if you visit our country, it will be very normal to be invited to a coffee with great kindness, because that is how we are, hospitable and we always have the ability to share and open a place at our table for our guests.
In my country there is a great variety of coffees to buy and little by little I have been enjoying the taste of each one of them.
Coincidentally, today I wanted to take the opportunity to enjoy a delicious coffee early in the morning, so I decided to buy this one and try it to start the morning with energy. This week I have proposed to walk in the mornings in my urbanism, something I had been wanting to do for a long time, but I always postponed it. Two years ago I did it, my husband would take me somewhere in the morning in the car and I would return home walking, but eventually I gave it up, the sun bothered me because we left at 8 AM and between one thing and another I gave it up.
So I have been adjusting my schedule and this Monday I started to walk nearby, where I can go and return walking without problems and earlier so that the sun is not an excuse, so Monday I started my walk of about an hour, which involves 4 laps around the area where I lived and in this time I am organizing my ideas.
And one of them was to have a coffee when I arrive, because although it is true that as I am in the process of adaptation, I feel that I have no energy, so when I arrive, I prepare my coffee to replenish all the energy I spent and allow me to continue the rest of the day while I take care of my other day to day activities.
I am acquiring new habits, adjusting schedules and among them is enjoying my cup of coffee in the morning. To tell you the truth, drinking coffee without sugar is something that is not attractive to me, so I am going to continue enjoying it the same way I used to, until I continue making changes towards a healthier life.
This coffee was very tasty, it recharged me with energy, and made me start the day with my batteries well charged, as we Venezuelans say.
