There are things so simple and so easy for some, and for others it becomes complicated, for example, I'm sure if you need an instant coffee you just go to the market and buy it, you even have the option to choose between several brands, well my case is not like that, and that's what my today's post is about.
I really like to try recipes and invent a little in the kitchen, but many times I am limited by lack of ingredients that are not available in my town, it is one of the limitations of my town, life is good, it is quiet, but in many things we are behind, I have long wanted to prepare recipes with coffee, like cappuccino, ice cream 🍦 coffee, and some others, but, what do you think? in town you can't get instant ☕ coffee! and, yes, I know I can improvise with insoluble coffee, but, I have NEVER really bought an instant coffee and I want to make the recipe to the letter, hehehehehe, so, I went to visit all the stores in town that are not many, and there is NO instant coffee! What a frustration! the nearest town is 6 hours away so I had no hope of making my recipes.
But, since God is never lacking, two days ago I talked to my sister who lives in Puerto Ordaz, and she told me that she is coming to town to visit our mother, that got me excited, first because I haven't seen her for a long time, and second, because I saw the perfect opportunity to send for my instant coffee ☕ hehehehe.
I asked her the favor, and she said yes, so I'm anxiously waiting for tomorrow for my sister and my coffee ☕ to arrive, hahaha, to start making my recipes, which I hope to share with you!
