I used to the first kind, the French press, but we only used it for tea and not coffee. I never knew it could even be used for coffee. Now I use instant coffee, not the best but definitely a more convenient way to get your caffeine!

I can see how it could work for tea, but as far as I know, it was invented for coffee.
