We got a little here too, but maybe not a much as you. I drove home from Mom's pretty soon after it started, before it could make the roads dangerous. In that situation, it was fun to see it coming down towards the windshield, sometimes light with sleet included and other times giant wet snowflake clusters that made a splat when they hit the glass.
Got home safely as I expected. It's fun to look at if the roads aren't bad or if they are you you don't need to get out. We haven't had much snow in the last few years. Now that I work from home and don't have to make tough morning decisions as to whether I try to make it to work or not, I can actually enjoy it again.
It is fun to see, but I am always worried about losing power!
