The Christmas season is ending, there is only one week left of my vacations, but it is the exact time when I miss my beloved capital, the city that welcomed me and made all the dreams I had since I was a child come true, work, music, my wife, I owe a lot to Caracas. Just today I miss it very much and I would like to live it like that sublime Sunday where my girl and I walked under beautiful clouds that you can see in these pictures and that adorned the majestic blue sky. Don't get me wrong, my hometown has a lot to offer, even my family is here and it all started in this hot town, but I think of the capital and the best feelings arise in my heart.
After eleven years I think I know my new city more than the other one, and at the same time I always discover a new and pleasant place for me. This Sunday there was a lot of sun, and the place where we were, the Simon Bolivar Park offered us a very fresh Sunday, perfect for walking holding hands with the person you love. This day there were not many people walking around the area and it was perfect and sublime, in fact I had never visited this place that is south of the east park and connects with it, even a small lake I found here next to the Concha Acústica 27 de Febrero.
It is impossible not to love and miss cities like this one, the weather, the architecture, the works of art that rest in every corner and the abundant vegetation scattered among parks and the imposing Cerro El Avila. Yes, I think it's time to go back and return to my daily life, enjoy the life that I have been able to build with my girl and let myself be surprised by her. I need another sublime Sunday, full of relaxation with my wife, it seems that the best plan for the end of the vacations is to enjoy more of that home where we travel daily to go to work and that we rarely stop to observe. For a sky like this it is worth going out for a walk and discover all its colors and shapes.
Lately Sundays seem to be the most pleasant day of the week, and it's either I go to a concert and walk, or I go to church and walk, or I just go for a walk, but I usually include nature in it. I love being surrounded by huge and luxurious buildings in the center of the city, but connecting with nature is magic and a balm for the soul, at least that's how I feel. Weekends are already very special, but a good attitude makes it so much better 😉 I hope all who read me have a beautiful Sunday and a happy start of the week, I send you a sincere hug in the distance...
I also know this city better than my hometown... and I love it deeply although I don't know why, although I have already thought a lot about moving to a quieter place, I like towns, I have visited many and I love them! The images look great!!!!😃
