I have been mentioning about my new property which I have been renting. It's been 6 months since the time I started the rentals and it's not doing that great but it's doing decent. Right now it's the low season since it's exam time for children so not many people go out on holidays, especially the families with children gamut gets excluded during this period. I have had a tie-up with one of the service providers on helping me get business. I was not very happy with them because I did not find them doing effective marketing, also they are managing too many properties and I feel in that they are not able to give good attention on my property business, so finally I chose to discontinue with them and get into a new tie up with another service provider.
Having a new tie-up is not again easy, there are challenges to it. They also need to time to promote our property and start getting business so in all this transition for now almost 3 weeks I have no business, and I am thinking if I have taken the right decision or no, anyways now there is no turning back for 6 months as we have made agreement with them for 6 months.
With the new tie up, the service provider told us that the pictures we had were not good enough for marketing and they would want to take new pictures. I was not very keen on that, as I felt the pictures I had were good enough and they were doing a good job for the past 6 months in advertising my property. I told them that I would not bear that cost as these professional photography charges are high. Anyways they told me that it was part of the contract and they would be only doing it, so then I was ok. Because before they giving me any business I did not want to incur expenses on their demands.
Sharing some pictures in comparison, they have made it look all fancy. I believe in taking it natural as is, but they want it to market so they need it to be fancier.

To be honest here I did not have a very good pool side click, so this one really helps. Like wise they clicked many pictures and I can see differences between them and mine, theirs's of course being much better. But my whole point is that if I do not get business then these fancy pictures are of no use to me.

For me, your pictures probably feels more personal, but I get why they wanted something fancier for marketing. Hopefully, the new setup brings in more bookings, fancy pics better pay off 😁
