My brother was in charge of lunch today and he prepared meat with potatoes and a little it of carrots and red bell peppers in this pot over the fire and charcoal. It turned out so delicious, both meat and veggies were so tasty and tender, I definitely recommend preparing food this way if you get a chance.
Since it was another nice day, I spent some time outside which is something I try to do as much as possible keeping it mind rainy weather might be here soon. I am noticing there's less leaves on our trees and more on the ground and I have been feeling really grateful for things like these, just being alive and witnessing even the smallest changes of seasons.
Spending some time in the garden and checking in with the kittens is a must! I managed to befriend a few of them so now they allow me to pet them and it became a part of my daily routine to maintain this bond. :)
Another reasons why I love Sundays lately is because the new season of The Walking Dead is out and today I was watching the latest episode. This is the final season and I have to admit I am really enjoying it so far, I was a little bit sceptic and thought it will be boring but for me personally, it's quite the opposite! Then I went outside again to watch a beautiful sunset that I have been missing lately as days are getting shorter...
Ending the day with some baking I have been meaning to do yesterday but maybe it turned out better this way to end this perfect Sunday with some homemade carrot cake muffins. I will share the recipe in another post... It is very simple and fast to make which is what I look for in any recipe and I think I will come back to these muffins a lot in the next few months. I am slowly getting back into baking after a long break which makes me happy!

Hey @millycf1976! Sorry for the late reply. It was definitely such a lovely Sunday, now looking back I'm really glad I enjoyed amazing October weather as November brought gloomy and rainy weather, staying outside for longer period of time became a little bit challenging as it's also much colder. It takes me a while to adjust to the cold, haha. :D
