A lot of folks, especially in the proper community, recommend having a bug out bag. Now my understanding of a bug out bag is a portable bag consisting of some important items that really are foundational to maintaining life on the run if one had to evacuate, or bug out, of their housing unexpectedly.
While I do not consider myself a hardcore proper, I would not be one to argue with the wisdom of this advice. As for me lately, I want to bug out of town with or without any special bag just to escape the horrendous weather we've been having for the past few weeks. It seems since I caught my stomach bug a while back, it has been either raining snowing, getting ready to rain or snow, or just trying to dry up from said rain or snow. Honestly I have not been to my project lakelot in 3 weeks or so. I have been there often enough in similar weather to know that it would be nearly impossible to get any quality work done because one is fighting the mud the entire time. Sadly you end up just making deep ruts that are a nuisance going forward or nearly getting your equipment stuck which literally means one is spinning their wheels and wasting their time.
I laugh to myself when I realize that I sound like an old farmer complaining about the weather anymore. However I have to admit I know how they feel. Feels like you get about one perfect day a week to do any work and we all know that just ain't going to cut it. So can't even trade tomorrow because the markets closed for President's Day so I guess I will pursue one of my least favorite torturous activities, namely starting my taxes. It just seems like in this day and age of AI and super quantum computers, that we could come up with a better system. I am a certified cheap ass and I think I would even be willing to pay more if the system felt less abusive to the point of wanting to scratch out your own eyes.
The Beautiful Sunday and Sublime Sunday tags are some of my faves! I want to thank @ace108 for running the beautiful Sunday tag every week and keeping such detailed stats and supporting the accounts. Also, a shout out to @c0ff33a for the sublime Sunday tag where your random Sunday posts are always welcome!
Well enough of me bellyaching and moaning about my first world problems, I wish you all the best week that it can be.

I don't mind some of them but mosquitos and flies are something I really hate to have around.
It certainly has been a whirlwind of back-and-forth weather this winter. Hopefully, you can get some work done on your property. Bug-out bags, are not a bad idea. I made a large folder with the most important papers and have them all in one place. Easy to grab if needed.
