Ya después de un tiempo que ingresé a esta plataforma gracias a mi amigo @moisesjohan y la comunidad @guarenasflow y de conocer la comunidad de @mba.ccs le comenté a dos amigos, @ligar y @mendez20 sobre la misma y sus beneficios, ellos mostraron interés de un principio y poco a poco les explique todo lo referente a ella.

Already after some time that I joined this platform thanks to my friend @moisesjohan and the community @guarenasflow and to know the community of @mba.ccs I told two friends, @ligar and @mendez20 about it and its benefits, they showed interest from the beginning and little by little I explained them everything about it.
Después de varios días de inducción, hoy pasamos a crear la cuenta a cada uno con la ayuda de @moisesjohan y a realizar su primer post, el cual lo realizaron por la página Peakd a través de la comunidad de @aliento . Al mismo tiempo le hablé referente a cómo editar el perfil y como usar sus cuentas debidamente, hablándole sobre la wallet y las normas de cada comunidad.
After several days of induction, today we created the account for each of them with the help of @moisesjohan and made their first post, which they did through the Peakd page through the @alientos community. At the same time I talked to them about how to edit the profile and how to use their accounts properly, talking about the wallet and the rules of each community.
La inducción se realizó en la casa de uno de ellos por la comodidad y aprovechar la buena conexión al internet para que tuvieran la mejor experiencia al momento de publicar.
The induction was held at the home of one of them for comfort and to take advantage of the good internet connection so they could have the best experience when posting.
Después que escribieron cada uno su post Los guíe en la estructura del mismo, explicando cómo hacer la corrección ortográfica, la traducción y cargar las imágenes. Les hable sobre las etiquetas y su función dentro de la plataforma.
After each one wrote their post I guided them in the structure of the post, explaining how to spell check, translate and upload the images. I talked to them about tags and their function within the platform.
Los muchachos quedaron muy complacidos por la experiencia al publicar, fue un momento donde recordaron momentos vividos al escribir su presentación y eso ayudó a que el lugar se llenará de una buena vibra, haciendo de esta experiencia más agradable.
The guys were very pleased with the experience of publishing, it was a moment where they remembered moments lived while writing their presentation and that helped the place to be filled with a good vibe, making this experience more enjoyable.
Me contenta poder ayudar a otras persona y hacer que encuentren en Hive un lugar donde ellos puedan compartir sus trabajos y conocimientos. En lo personal considero que son personas que tienen muchas cosas buenas que aportar y sé que aquí encontrarán ese lugar el cual les brinde seguridad y conocimientos.
Espero, al igual que hoy, seguir aportando más a esta plataforma así como en ella me ayuda en mi crecimiento personal.
I am happy to be able to help other people and make them find in Hive a place where they can share their work and knowledge. Personally I consider that they are people who have many good things to contribute and I know that here they will find that place which will give them security and knowledge.
I hope, like today, to continue contributing more to this platform as it helps me in my personal growth.
