It seems that we will always encounter situations that lead us to rethink who we are, or where we are going to take our knowledge, there are people who do not want to move, others who can not be in a single artistic format. Living this experience of teaching teachers about this new technology makes me evaluate a great life full of changes, which are latent, waiting for their time to come to change everyone's life.
Al parecer siempre nos encontraremos con situaciones que nos lleven a replantear quienes somos, o a donde vamos a llevar nuestro conocimiento, existen personas que no se desean mover, otras que no pueden estar en un solo formato artístico. Vivir esta experiencia de dar clases a los maestros sobre esta nueva tecnología me hace evaluar una gran vida llena de cambios, los cuales están latentes, esperando que llegue su momento de modificar la vida de todos.
Some teachers tell me that they were born in the time when there was only radio, and that this is a big change for them, this leads me to rethink that everything could change and that in the future if Hive adapts to the changes it could be something else and not what we are experiencing or teaching.
Algunos maestros me comentan que ellos nacieron en la época donde solo existía la radio, y que esto es un gran cambio para ellos, esto me lleva a replantearme que todo pude cambiar y que en un futuro Hive si se adapta a los cambios podría ser otra cosa y no esto que estamos experimentando o enseñando.
How do I prepare my body, my mind and my spirit for the changes? If I look at what is happening in the museum, I could find the answer, this whole process is being generated because the museum is allowing itself to connect with a new proposal that links us with the arts. That is the answer, to allow oneself to the new knowledge, and that implies a pause, a small pause to gain knowledge, for a moment to stop being a teacher and sit back down to listen.
¿Cómo preparo mi cuerpo, mi mente y mi espíritu para los cambios?, Si observo lo que está sucediendo en el museo, podría encontrar la respuesta, todo este proceso se está generando gracias a que el museo se está permitiendo conectar con una propuesta nueva que nos vincula con las artes. Es ahí la respuesta, permitirse al nuevo conocimiento, y eso implica una pausa, una pequeña pausa para obtener un conocimiento, por un momento dejar de ser maestro y volver a sentarse a escuchar.
Another thing that can give us an answer is the method of education, the way it is taught is individual and at the same time collective, it is not one person teaching a whole classroom, rather it is a group of people who teach to walk to another group of older people, generating a guided practice that allows them a certain autonomy in some moments of their initiation in Hive.
Otra cosa que nos puede dar respuesta es el método de educación, la forma en que se enseña es individual ya la vez colectiva, no es una persona enseñando todo un salón de clases, más bien es un grupo de personas que enseñan a caminar a otro grupo de personas mayores, generando una práctica guiada que les permite una cierta autonómica en algunos momentos de su iniciación en Hive.
It is important that the assistance we can offer is not only in the classroom, but can also be present at home, so it is relevant to write down in a notebook each step that is performed, with name and drawing of the symbol to click on. This has personally helped me a lot when teaching, otherwise it will happen what always happens, people will be mentally exhausted and will wait to see you again to move forward.
Es importante que la asistencia que le podamos ofrecer no solo quede en el salón, sino que también pueda está presente en casa, por lo cual es relevante el anotar en un cuaderno cada paso que se realiza, con nombre y dibujo del símbolo al cual dar clic. Esto personalmente me ha ayudado mucho al momento de enseñar, de lo contraria pasara lo que siempre sucede, las personas se agotaran mentalmente y esperaran a volverte a ver para avanzar.
To enter Hive is to study again, and to be born again in another collective space that has different rules and at the same time similar to reality, the evolution of each of our artists will depend on how collective they can be in a system that works by communities, will they have the ability to understand the techniques and strategies of Hive? I think so, since the artistic collectivity that is being formed in this class will not allow any artist to fall, if you can not teach and if you do not learn you help, an artistic human engine living within a blockchain, is the best combination that can generate this link of Hive with the Museum of Fine Arts.
Adentrarse en Hive es estudiar de nuevo, y volver a nacer en otro espacio colectivo que tiene reglas distintas ya la vez parecida a la realidad, la evolución de cada uno de nuestros artistas va a depender que tan colectivos pueden ser un sistema que funciona por comunidades, ¿Tendrán la capacidad de comprender las técnicas y estrategias de Hive? Yo considero que si, ya que la colectividad artística que se está formando en esta clase no permitirá que ninguna artista caiga, si no se puede se enseña y si no aprende se ayuda, un motor humano artístico habitando dentro de una cadena de bloques, es la mejor combinación que puede generar este vínculo de Hive con el museo de Bellas Artes.
