The other evening I noticed there was a beautiful sunset happening, so I grabbed my phone and headed outside.
I knew it would fade fast, so I took a shot of the tower with the sunset in the background as I headed to the field to get a better view. The funny thing is, the colors of the sunset just kept changing and getting nicer and nicer!
I was so glad I took a few minutes to run outside. I called for my youngest daughter, and she joined me outside. She pointed out the clouds in the other part of the sky and said they looked like cotton candy. She was right! The clouds were so colorful and fluffy!
We sat outside on the curb near the field and watched the sunset progress. We were probably outside for about 5 minutes, but it was such a beautiful evening. I'm glad she came out to join me!
The colors quickly faded to darkness. I was really excited and impressed that my phone was able to capture the color and images just how I wanted them to be. It was a beautiful time, and I hope that you can appreciate the sunset through these photos as well.
