Ground Sqirrels in Summer

As you might know Ground squirrels and hamsters are probably ma favorite mammals that I can find here in Austria they both are so cute to watch and I really enjoy taking pictures of them. I am already looking forward to my next visit to them hopefully in spring next year. Depending on when I will buy my wildlife lens. (The lens that got stolen from me in summer this year). But this time I will buy a Native Z Lens and probably not the F mount lens that I used for these pictures eventhough it might be cheaper.

Whenever I visit the Ground Squirrels in Lower Austria I often go to enjoy some great braakfast at Ströck Bakery. I really enjoy the food they offer and I am already looking forward for my next visit there where I will be eating some sweets. I like the combination of good food and a great time taking pictures of animals.

Super. I can´t help myself I simply like ground squirrels.

Yes, they are so cute, I always love to visit them.

I admire you pro photographers to capture such scenes - especially squirrels are so hard to catch given their speed.

Beautiful shots! They're so cute haha. Impressive how you're able to catch them, do you always look out the window or do you always carry your camera and lenses around? They're so nicely focused as well as if you were already waiting for them to show up haha love it :D

No Not out of the window, the best ist If I lay down in the Grass and wait for them to get closer. If they notice that you dont want to harm them they come pretty close.

That's so cool :D

Wow amazing, you are really great at photographing this squirrel. all the pictures amaze me.
