Northern KwaZulu-Natal
Something exciting about reaching a region for the first time to explore, back in 2013 is the time frame selected although we have returned many times since.
Excitement is tangible when visiting wild life parks where animals are free to roam, demarcated areas indicated to alight the vehicles, humans safely tucked away in the car.
Sharing five animals, not the big five perhaps one or two to add to the excitement, majestic animals all deserve areas to roam freely without the fear of poachers.

Brought back memories of the one safari I did in Tanzania years ago an experience I will never forget
Each time we get to go somewhere I know the wildlife is abundant I am like a child in a candy store!

I always regret I wasn’t into photography the years I was in the firms and traveling
I wish I could entice my brother to share, he travelled extensively, knows the history about regions in our country.
The photography sadly many analogue would have to be scanned with fair number in digital.
Oh wow, having only one of these great animals in my own collection would be amazing.

Always magical being out in the bush, some places you can get out of the car to stretch your legs, have to be watchful since wildlife does not need permission to go anywhere.

There were cute babies around with these lionesses, one look in her direction said "step out that car I dare you".
We followed the vultures hovering above, must have finished eating and moved off the carcass, around 4 lioness and three or four young teenagers not tiny ones but still cute.
