I really love this type of photography. It is fun, challenging and sometimes scary. That is why I choose this panoramic image as my entry! I was out storm chasing with my friends when we saw this incredible shelf cloud (Arcus) moving towards us. The speed it had was insane and I could see the lightning behind it.
I knew time was short, so I more or less guessed the settings, placed my tripod, and started shooting. When I finished the second row of 7 exposures, the cloud was right above my head. I ran straight through the nettles and back to the safety of my car (where my friends were hiding). Adrenaline rushed through my body and I was stoked like crazy!! What a feeling!

I'm not sure if I will find the time to make a post, so I only post the photo...
It was snowing all day long today and when I finally got the chance to go out and take photos, it was getting dark already.
So, this one of only two photos I have taken today. The second one it just a close up of this scene at the Lake Wörthersee where I live - the Winter is near 🌨️
Looking into the yonder snow fall must be quite heavy.
Just in time to cool down with heat pumping once again.

That was 3 days ago - today it has been snowing from the early morning on. It has stopped a few minutes ago and tomorrow we will have sunshine, but 20-25 centimeters are enough for the city 😁

I like this theme as it is not that easy actually. I would love to have some lightning captured, but I don't have. So I had to search for some winter fairytale. It is not a typcal weather, but I like it as it shows the real winter with frozen road and showy hills.

This was captured on the island of Koh Samui in Thailand during the monsoon period which use to happen nearly every late afternoon coming over the Gulf of Thailand while I was on vacation there use to love these angry gray/black cloud formations.

Taipei 101, which was the world's tallest building from 2004 until 2007, is one of the most impressive skyscrapers I've ever seen and it looks beautiful even wrapped in dark clouds at night 🌃🌧️💜

Cloudy Sky Above the Mountain

Change in season storms in Southern Hemisphere, Durban 18th November exceptional winds lashing palm trees into frenzied dance. while sun is still trying to peek through between the storm clouds passing over.

This is my first entry, I hope you find it acceptable. Was shot this February, 2021. We took a walk at local park and there was one pathway decorated by bunch of these. Despite weather was cold and park was dull, this place looked lovely.

That was taken this october from a hill in Uttrakhand. Clouds were on and off throughout the day. Though, this was taken when the sun was shining at the fullest. What an amazing experience it was. So peaceful and calming!
My entry for the weather challenge.
This photo was taken back home in Slovenia on a very cold morning. It had already snowed a day before and during the night the trees got frozen and many areas got covered in ice. The sun did come out on the day and it was still a lovely walk despite the cold.
