PhotoFeed Contest - Wildlife Photography Round 94~Green Lizard on Banana Leaf

in PhotoFeed7 hours ago

Hello Hivers...

In the PhotoFeed Contest - Wildlife Photography Round 94 held by @Photofeed, I tried to share about the green lizard on a banana leaf, I couldn't take many photos because the lizard was so wild, even though where I live green lizards are rarely seen or are starting to become rare.

The green lizard, with its striking body color, is often seen snaking around among tropical leaves, one of which is the wide, curved banana leaf. The appearance of the green lizard standing out against the fresh green banana leaf background creates a beautiful and harmonious natural scene. This lizard, which is often found in tropical and subtropical areas, has an extraordinary ability to camouflage, even though its body color often appears contrasting

The banana leaf, with its large surface area and distinctive texture, provides the perfect place for the green lizard to rest or hunt for small insects for food. This lizard is active during the day, using sunlight to regulate its body temperature, while the banana leaf provides the shade it needs to shelter from the heat of the sun

The presence of the green lizard on the banana leaf also symbolizes the balance of the tropical ecosystem, where every element, both plants and animals, has an important role in supporting the survival of each other. In a quiet moment, the green lizard and the banana leaf come together in the simple beauty of nature.

Important Note: I wrote in Indonesian, then translated it using Google Translate.
