Breakfast is one of the activities that we must do to keep the body healthy and fit, because if we do not do breakfast then the body or body will feel less passionate or lethargic.
I have a habit that breakfast is fried foods such as fried bananas, or fried tofu and tempeh, because it has become a daily habit for some of these foods, every morning before leaving for work I always buy fried foods at a warung not far from where I live. , then I eat a few pieces, after that just go to work.
For me, foods such as fried bananas or other fried foods are very good for maintaining a healthy stomach and smooth digestive system, but I also eat rice around nine or ten in the morning.
Fried food is one type of food that is cooked by frying using cooking oil, and used as a snack to eat, these fried foods are usually in the form of ripe bananas and also tofu or tempeh.
The selling price of the fried foods in my place ranges from Rp. 1000 to Rp. 2000 per piece, and even then, it depends on the size. In the place where I live and where I work, there are many people who sell various fried foods, we just have to choose and pay for it.
