How are you all friends, good luck to you all wherever you are. Our days are full of goodness and happiness.

On this short occasion I would like to share my shots while passing through the Banda Aceh Medan highway. Precisely at Simpang Mulieng, Syamtalira Aron District, North Aceh Regency. There is an interesting view of the activities of a group of people hunting for fish in the rice fields which are right on the side of the highway. This rice field area is also right next to the Simpang Mulieng soccer field.

They took advantage of an extraordinary opportunity. Where rice fields are never dry from water, there are so many aquatic animals, namely fish that continue to live and reproduce by themselves. This place is well known by the people who live here and its surroundings with a large fish population that grows by itself. When passing this place is never empty of anglers. Are they just a hobby or really looking for fish or unwind from busyness. The result is indeed very pleasant to be here.

When I arrived in this area it was already evening. I stopped because I was excited to see what this group of people caught. The fish they catch are immediately placed on the side of the road. Fish big enough to catch. I wonder if this is their only catch because the rice field area that has this fish population is very large. From my briefing with them, they have brought four boxes of fish to the large, medium and small size market. Can you imagine their catch. A tremendous advantage without capital maintenance of fish that live and grow on their own.

Not only curious about the fish they caught, some people who passed by this place were also curious and wanted to see the fish they caught. The fish that live in these rice fields are generally tilapia, although there are also other freshwater fish such as snakehead fish and catfish. It's just that I can't see any other fish.

Some of the visitors, consisting of curious young people, even though they were wearing neat clothes, were desperate to plunge into the rice fields where this tilapia is inhabited. Without a second thought they mingled with them. They did not forbid these young people from associating with them. Not wanting to miss this opportunity, I managed to take some pictures.

Here are some other pictures that I managed to capture:
