@Dan at #Fractally is exploring possibilities which chain to build on i think. But personally i dont see the current DPOS governance on Hive makes it a real DAO, as it is not autonomous. But, never say never. If Hive adopt Fractally Community governance, i don't know.

I think a new privacy sub chain, perhaps on Verus / Lethean might be best way. Not sure.
