That approach you take to resume exercise routines is very good. It's what's left for those of us who had an accelerated metabolism a couple of decades ago but things have changed. While it's true that we've gained experience in life, our bodies don't work the same anymore, and exercise is a good way to help it. I wish you success in resuming a more active and healthy routine.
