A blessed day to all Hive friends!
It's a rainy day today here in the Philippines, but in spite of that, some of us teachers, still report to school to welcome our benefactor from City Savings Bank.
I headed the planning team to give a short program of recognition for their generosity. I also arrived early at school at around 7:00 even though the program would start at 10:00 so I could prepare a pleasant venue and snacks for our kind-hearted visitors. We had a short program to honor our donors. They were really surprised as we welcomed them because they were not expecting the program we prepared for them. Even at this times of pandemic, we can still hope through the good hearts of extraordinary people who willingly showed kindness.
Our school received gallons of alcohol, bundles of face mask, packs of Vitamin C and reams of bond paper to be distributed equally to all of us teachers.
After the program, there was a signing of deed of donations, we also showed to the guests our gratitude by giving them a certificate of recognition. Although they were the one who donated, they also kept on saying "thank you" for welcoming them. I am very much amazed of their humble hearts and their desire to help that even in this rainy days, they extend their time of coming here.
