No matter at what stage of life we are, there is always some challenge in our life and according to us, there is some task on which we have to give time and we put our full effort in that thing. After putting our full effort, if we achieve that goal then we feel very happy but if due to some reason it is not achieved then there is a lot of sadness and this thing is worth thinking about.
It often happens that a student prepares for an exam with great intensity and he prepares with his hundred percent effort but the results that come in the end are different. I have seen many times that some people lag behind by just a few marks. Nowadays I see that in competitive exams people get jobs with less than one mark and the same people are not able to get jobs with less than one mark and then their preparation and money go waste and then the student regrets a lot and you people must be thinking what his condition would be like.
This happened around the time when I had passed class 12th and after that I was preparing for higher education. After passing class 12th, I went to some college but they told me that to get admission there you have to either qualify the entrance exam. When I went to a university, they told me that you can fill the examination form but the problem in this is that you may not get admission later because the number of seats is very less and the number of students applying is very high. Due to this, I did not apply to that university. Then I thought that now I should prepare somewhere to get admission in a government college, maybe something can happen. I prepared for 1 year but nothing special happened in it and then I started getting very tensed that after all which college should I go to and my 1 year has been wasted. One day I met a friend of mine and he told me about lateral entry. There is a lateral entry option in diploma courses through which you can directly take admission in the second year but you have to qualify the exam for it. I gave him the details about the exam the same evening and the next day in the morning I went to the market and bought him a book related to the exam.
There were only a few days left for him to apply for the exam form and I went to the college that very day and filled the form. Now there were about 40 days left for the exam and I had to complete the entire syllabus and also score good marks because only then I would be able to qualify the exam. I made a target of 40 days and I was determined in my mind that I must qualify this exam because if I had to save my 1 year then I would have to qualify it. I started working hard with all my heart and soul and in 40 days, I used to study for 12 to 14 hours daily and practiced a lot for the exam.
1 week before the exam, I started studying for 16 hours a day and this was the first time in my life that I was studying so much for an exam. Finally the day of the exam had arrived and I was very nervous since morning but I went to the exam hall and gave the exam well and after a few days the result came, according to my rank in it, I felt that I would get admission in a government college. Finally, when the counseling took place, a government college alerted me and I was very happy because I had given my best in these 40 days and I got a very good result.
Actually, I did not expect much as I came to know about this exam much later but still, I qualified this exam.
