Important Lesson Learned This Year

in Hive Learners5 days ago

Hello to all hive users 🙏❤️😊
Hope you all are healthy and doing great in your life🙂

There are only a few days left for the year to end and just like after every year ends, a new year comes and a new beginning happens, similarly a new beginning is going to happen. Many people make new resolutions in the new year and think that this year we will do this and that but there are very few people who do not remember the experience of the previous year. They do not take the experience of the past year and make new types of reservations in the new year but very few follow them. We get to learn a lot from last year and get to gain a lot of experience. If we share our experience of every month, then we can see a lot of knowledge but unfortunately very few people are able to acquire this knowledge and most people ignore it. Every year there are some incidents in our life which have a very deep impact on our life. Whether that incident happened with us or with someone else, but we get to learn a lot. This learning is very important because today is the future and many times this thing is very useful in it. If a person looks deeply into these things then it has many meanings and if a person understands these meanings and starts working on them then that person can do a lot in life.

If I talk about my year 2024, then I got to see many things and many incidents happened but there is one such incident which taught me a lot. This is from the month of August in the year 2024. I had a relative who was working in a private company. It had been almost 10 years since he started working. He does his work with a lot of hard work and honesty. The thing was that he used to work on Zee Software, now the use of that software had almost stopped and he was in the service center, so he did not get much services related to software now. The company fired him from the job without any notice. Whereas he had given 10 years to the company, but when there was no work, the company did not think anything about his family or anything else about him. Did the company not have any other work apart from this where he could be shifted. From this I got to learn that no matter how much you work for any company, but if you are not useful to them, then they will not delay in removing you even for a moment. If any employee is working in a company, he works very hard and puts his whole heart and soul into taking the company forward. Due to this job, the life of many people becomes such that they stay away from their families for the whole year and neither are able to take any leave nor do they get a chance to meet their families in the wait and even after doing so much, if you are not of any use to them, then they do not think twice before removing you.

I would like to tell you people that work as hard for someone as you have been paid because if you work harder than necessary then they do not see many things because they are proud that we are doing their work and we are paying people. There are very few companies that think about their employees that if the work stops then where can we shift us or where can we find some other work for them. You can use the remaining hard work in learning some secondary skill because in today's time it is very important to have a secondary skill, many times it also opens up some sources of side income for you and you get an alternative to the job. Therefore, you should work hard in developing yourself and work only as much as you get paid. This will seem strange to many people but nowadays if we talk about the corporate sector then you will have to become a bit of a rogue because without it you cannot survive. But it is not necessary that you have to do this everywhere, the environment is toxic and you may face problems in the future, so for this you will have to prepare in advance and only then you will not face any problem in the future.

Thanks for Reading till the end

No matter how bad our experiences are, the beautiful thing about it them is they teach us lessons.. many organizations are keeping us because they have need for us, the day they no longer need us, they will not hesitate to get ride of us. This is why I prefer being self employed.

This is so common everywhere. Employees are only relevant to their employers when the fortune of the company is magnifying. Once there is a little setback, the employees are sacked without a second thought about their survival. It's a crazy deal in the corporate world.

It's really sad to know that many companies run and thrive on the sweat and hard labour of their workers and yet the workers are treated poorly and shown no appreciation for their efforts.
