Our work is such a thing that we may like it or not but there is definitely some thing due to which we have to do that work. Especially it happens when a person does a job. If there is a need for balance in the society then businesses will also open but there should be people who do jobs because if this does not happen then the balance will be disturbed. On the other hand, there are many such businesses which a person does on his own strength but that business is also such that he has to do it due to compulsion. For example, you must have seen that many elderly people set up a small stall next to the road and sell tea or some other thing. But have you ever thought what their compulsion must be behind this because one should take rest but many times it happens that when the conditions of the family are bad then even the elderly people have to work and many times it happens that in old age the children do not support them, due to this also those elderly people have to do their work so that they can earn their livelihood
Talking about jobs, nowadays many people are dependent on jobs for their livelihood and unemployment is also so high that it is very difficult for people to get a job. It has been seen in most people that they do jobs but their mind is never happy and if we talk about them, they do not like their work but if they have to earn their living then they have to work here. Many people do not like the environment of their job and they hate office politics but it is also a compulsion that they have to raise their children, so they have to tolerate all these things. I have seen very few people who really love their job but most of the people are doing jobs just because of compulsion.

If I talk about my job, there are some things here that bother me. Although if you do the same work every day, then one day you will definitely get bored. In the beginning, any work is liked a lot, but after a while, if you keep doing the same work, then it becomes very boring and then you have to do that work out of compulsion whether you feel like it or not. Many times I see in the office that the new joinings work with a lot of enthusiasm but the old employees do not work with so much interest and perhaps this is what happens that a person gets bored doing one work, so there is a great need for change from time to time. You can take a leave for some time and you can also see a change due to the environment.
As far as my job is concerned, I will have to do this work because unemployment has increased so much these days that it is very difficult to get a job. If a person changes his job, he will either have to do this work or if he does another job, then first of all he will have to study the field and gain a lot of understanding before he can get the job. Therefore, it is better to stay in the job until you have a better option because if a person leaves the job out of frustration, he may have to face a lot of problems later.
Your big dreams may not be fulfilled by the job but it is possible that you will never lack basic things in life and you can live your life. Yes, if you feel that there is no feature scope in your job or you are afraid that this work may stop in future, then you will have to prepare for it in advance and gradually gain a foothold on some other scale, you can easily fight the challenges of the future. But you will have to do all this while staying in your current job.
