You get to learn a lot from the new company as you switch jobs to. Many times we stay in our old job because of our comfort zone no matter how much we have suffered in that company. Many times we have to come out of our comfort zone for new skills and better opportunities and this is just a struggle for some time and we get to see a lot of changes in our life.
Exactly, the comfort zone is something bad, because it often inhibits us from trying something new and growing in our professional life.
