Hello to all hive users 🙏❤️😊
Hope you all are healthy and doing great in your life🙂
Mental health is much more important than physical health in our life. Talking about physical health, if you are facing any problem, it is clearly visible and its symptoms are recognized by you that I have a problem here and your body also starts giving signals. But if we talk about mental health, then this is something which is very important in our life but there will be very few people who talk about it and very few people take care of their mental health because it is an ignored type of phenomenon in understanding. Looking at today's life and the amount of stress in a person's life nowadays, we can say that mental health matters a lot and it is very important to take care of it. There are many problems in life which are related to health but due to them mental health occurs.

Talking about mental health, very few people like to talk about it and only a few people have the right information about it. This is a subject in which we cannot say anything about what kind of mental illness a person is suffering from because the body does not show any signs or symptoms and it is known after a long time that this disease happened due to this reason. The person does not know but mental illness starts making him sick from inside and the person does not even know. If a person is happy, then his mental health will be good and he will be happy only when everything is going well. The biggest thing for a sexy person is his job or his work, if it is going well then the person will be half happy and after that if he is happy with his family too, then he will get the rest of the happiness from his family. Where we are living and wherever we have to sit or work, if that environment is also disturbing us, then there is a risk of getting a mental disease from this too. For example, if you are working somewhere and the environment there is toxic, then in such a situation you will not be able to be happy. Nowadays you must have seen that the biggest reason for mental diseases is bad work environment. Making an employee work beyond his capacity and humiliating him or keeping him demotivated are all the reasons for spoiling the mental condition of an employee. This is the reason why many people shy away from doing a job because they know that if they do a job then they will have to face these things in the future.
Well, my work environment is not good and to tell you the truth, I don't get enough time to do something for my mental health on week days but whenever I get a day off, I spend some time with nature.
I try to keep track of and spend time doing all my hobbies. On weekends, I try to watch a good movie or web series so that my mood can be refreshed a bit.
Apart from this, I feel that if you want to take care of your mental health in your daily life, then you will have to avoid some things. Like sometimes we come across some people who ruin our mental health and they do not care. The first thing is to avoid such people because if we make any relationship with them, they will break our mental peace. Sometimes due to some reason we have to work with such people but you should deal only in work related matters and not on any other matter.
