Every day we go to many shops and buy things from there and we interact with many shopkeepers. I have noticed one thing that if some shopkeeper behaves well with you then people prefer to go to his shop more. Most shopkeepers are such who keep their behavior very calm to increase their business and attract more customers and their way of talking impresses many customers. On the other hand, I have also seen that there are many shopkeepers who are very arrogant and full of ego, if someone goes to their shop to buy goods then they talk in such a way as if they are giving the goods for free. Such experiences have happened with me many times and I will tell you about both these experiences.

First of all, I will tell you about a good experience where I had a good experience interacting with a shopkeeper. This thing must have happened about 8 years ago, at that time I had gone to another city in search of a job. I was taking coaching in an institute, so I was feeling very hungry and did not eat anything spicy, so I felt like going to a good place and eating something. I went to a restaurant and there I ordered noodles and momos and after some time I also ordered another and I ate it with great gusto. After a while when I reached the counter to give the money, I put my hand in the back pocket and saw that I was not able to find my wallet, then I checked in the whole garden and in all the places but I was not able to find my wallet. The only thought coming in my mind was that what will happen now because I had already eaten food and I was not able to find my wallet and this city was doomed for me, so whom would I call for money. When I searched all my belongings and clothes and could not find my wallet anywhere, I told the cashier that Sir, I have forgotten my wallet at home and how can I pay you. He told me that you should talk to our owner once because without his permission I will not be able to do anything. The owner was sitting at the front counter and when I saw him, he looked very angry, then I gathered courage and went to him and told him that Sir, there is an issue, I have forgotten my wallet at home and I realized it when I was going out to pay the bill but I could not find the wallet anywhere.
He asked me what do you do, I am looking for a job and there is a coaching institute nearby, I am getting training from there. Then he asked me my name, where do you live and what is your hometown. I told him everything and I told him that Sir I will make your payment tomorrow, I come here everyday for coaching. He said to me with a very sweet smile that son, it's okay, it happens. At that time I felt as if I came out of a trap. I was very happy and after that the next day I went to the restaurant and made his payment and also thanked him with folded hands.
Now I will tell you about a bad experience and this happened about 4 years ago. Some of us friends had gone to another city for some work. Another friend knew that we were going to that place, so he told us to bring some goods from there because in our city a lot of goods were very expensive and most of the goods were bundles of A4 seats. First of all we finished our important work, after that we went to that place where bundles of A4 seats were available. When we started entering the shop, first of all the shopkeeper told us very angrily that whatever goods you want to buy, there is no need for people from outside to come inside. Seeing his behavior, we all got angry but what could we do. Then we calmly talked to that person and said that sir we want a bundle of A4 seats, then at first he ignored our words because there were other people standing at the shop and started talking to them, then again he asked whether we want to buy something or are we standing, then we found this behavior very strange because we had told him earlier but he ignored our words because some other person had spoken from the other side. We told that person again that we want a bundle of A4 seats and before we could finish our conversation, someone called him and when he disconnected the call, that person again said angrily, hey Bhaiya why are you not saying anything, since when are you standing here, then one of my friends got very angry and he also said angrily that you are talking for so long, I have already said three times, sometimes someone else is calling you and sometimes your phone is ringing. Then the person there said that you are getting angry at us only, then I said that what kind of behavior is this, we are getting angry, it is possible that someone who is angrier than us comes there and he will beat you up. Then while talking like this, we had a big argument and we thought that no matter what happens, we will not take even a penny worth of goods from his shop and we came back from there.
I have shared both the experiences with you and based on these experiences, I came to know one thing that no matter how rich a person becomes, it is very important to respect others because it is not necessary that the money on the basis of which he is showing so much pride may or may not be there tomorrow because anything can happen in the next moment, that is why one should behave with respect with all the people, no money is spent in this.
