Between Private and Public

A private sector is run by a private owner. It may include several individuals coming together to form the company, organization, or management. When it is run by one man, it is referred to as sole, but when run by two or more people, it is called joint business. Many people have opened their own private businesses, different from the government's own business or organization.

The sector I would love to mention is the education sector. This sector is divided into two faces, government and private. The government sector is that sector that is run by the government and the government alone. So many people prefer working with the government just because of job security when compared to private. The government, according to what they always say, is capable of placing your name in their records and would be paying you before the month ends. They are incapable of owing individuals, and when it happens, they would clear up their debt no matter what.

The government sector is not for profit-making but prioritizes social welfare and public services. Let's take the education sector, for instance. The government does not collect a dime from the students attending public schools. They aim to provide the need for education to the general populace. Nowadays, they have been making or having some lapses that made individuals seized to take their children to public schools. They lack so much technical know-how. Teachers are not strong enough to teach the subjects they applied for. Even though they have certificates, they lack some resources being teachers. Teachers are not made to leave their students behind, but they tend to focus mostly on their business. Although there are some teachers who do good jobs and would always know the pains of the students. They tend to collect salaries without much supervision. They only run to their classes when supervisors are visiting.

In the private sector, they aim to make profits. The truth is that individuals have taken pains to invest in the business and wouldn't want to run at a loss instead would make profits. The private sector is for profit-making and so must take the pain to monitor whoever is being employed.

My husband happened to work in a private school and has been working there for the past 18 years. He has this nature of not working with private schools instead of focusing on the government schools. When he got this recent job he's in right now, he was called to work with the government, but he refused for reasons I don't know. He only said he loves working with private schools, as he can leave at any time and can choose which school he has to teach.

To me, I have not tried any one of them, but I know the one I can choose if asked. A government job is secured, and one can make a tangible amount from it. One can even borrow from their cooperative just to do one or two projects.

So, to me, I prefer private, as you have the freedom to leave at ease without you being tied down. So,
