Hello hivians it’s good to be here participating in this new contest, I’m so happy writing this after few days Without writing.
I would like to talk about my chairman Dr. Teniola Adesanya.
Dr Teni Adesanya was born in ijebu where his family house was built, where his mum was an egg seller.
FAILURES
He relocated to Lagos to start up a brilliant life after studying in the university due to the situation of things,
He once worked with a company called Golden Neolife Diamite (GNLD), Golden NeoLife Diamite (GNLD) is an international company into networking and multi-level marketing, and has global support structure around the world, more than 50 countries including Nigeria. it’s a company where you start as a marketer selling drugs to people all round Lagos we have a lot of their marketers roaming about streets try to make a sale.
After doing that he didn’t find that easy and profitable so he decided to start up his own business and explore after trying over 3 businesses and failed which oil and gas was part of. Fortunately he made up his mind on a last trial and says if this business fails then his dream to be an entrepreneur will stop.
TURN ARROUND
Guess what ?, He ventured into the real estate market and named his company Oxford commercial services Ltd. He was growing, doing promos, recruiting marketers and the business was doing fine in the space of two years dr Teni saw the need to diversify and he ventured into agricultural investment and other profitable sectors across the world and that birthed Oxford International Group which have over 200 subsidiaries doing businesses which include fashion,logistics,banking and finance, asset management etc… Oxford International Group in five years started thriving in various sectors where she has a micro finance bank, petroleum station, Hotel and lots more.
Now Dr Teni is the chairman of a multi-sectoral business conglomerate with over 10,000 associates in the world today isn’t that great to achieve in 5 years?,Of course it is with lots of hard work consistency and focus.
Obviously he’s living a luxury and comfortable life I’m happy for him.

Wow... I'm sure when he just started it would have seemed so far away and difficult to accomplish. But he was persistent. And he eventually got it.
