This triggered me so much as a close friend of mine is suffering from overdose of ‘ice’.
It’s also sad to see that it’s a norm among youths these days and it causes more harm than good.
Quitting an addiction is also not that easy, better to avoid it totally as they say prevention is way better than cure.

It is good for those who are yet to start to avoid it but those who are already into it need to quit it too and only you and I and others who knows the consequence and damages it can cause that needs to advice them and hopefully God will change their mind and make them stop cos all we can do is advice them
