Hello friends in the Hivelearners community. Today I am back to posting about recipes.
I only cook to eat with my family. So this recipe is not that difficult. Because I only use leftover ingredients in the kitchen.
Because today I want to eat the typical cuisine of the city of "Padang" namely Rendang.
Finally I made tuna rendang.
Incidentally also in the refrigerator there is some tuna left.
Ingredients needed to cook tuna rendang:
*Ground spices
Fine spices consist of:
10 pieces of red chili, if you want it spicier you can add cayenne pepper.
3 cloves of garlic
5 cloves of red onion
1 pecan
1 piece of ginger
1 segment of turmeric
1 tbsp coconut tongseng
*Supplementary Seasoning
Complementary seasoning consists of:
Coconut milk from 1 large coconut.
1 sheet or 2 pieces of turmeric leaves depending on the size big or small.
Salt to taste.
Cooking oil for sauteing ground spices.
How to make tuna rendang:
- Heat the oil and fry the ground spices
- Enter the bay leaf, and turmeric leaf.
- Add salt
- Pour the coconut milk while stirring for 5 minutes.
- Enter the tuna and keep stirring until it boils so that the coconut milk doesn't break, don't forget to check the taste
If it starts to boil, just stir until the coconut milk or gravy releases oil.
This tuna fish rendang needs to be tried at home because the taste is undeniable and definitely tantalizing with the taste of a variety of spices and thick gravy and no fishy smell anymore.
