Hello Hive Learners Community! Welcome to my blog. In every country, there are job rules about age and resignation. In Pakistan, you have to serve the general public for at least 17 years. After 17 years, you can resign and will get a suitable pension for spending a happy life. In these 17 years, jobbers have had very tough assignments that are very hard to tackle. In underdeveloped countries, Jobbers have to fight and survive; otherwise, there are chances for job snatching because there is high competition due to unemployment. After serving for a specific duration, most of the people either like to spend in high-quality shelters or like to spend the remaining days of their lives with their families.
Family Is Everything
In Asia, people are very emotional, and they like to spend their whole lives with their families after retiring from their jobs. I'm not a jobber, but I'm against the shelter system. Whatever the condition will be and whatever the VIP protocol, there is nothing in this world that can fulfill the needs of a family. People usually retire at the age of 50 years. They are old and it is their family who can look after them for a better life ahead. Aside from the care, retired persons need emotional and financial support that only can be provided by family members.
My Grandfather is a retired Army Officer who has served Pak Army for 17 years. He retired at the age of 55. The Army has gifted him VIP plots and VIP infrastructure for spending a luxury lifestyle. Instead of spending a private life there, he sold all of these things and decided to spend the remaining days of his life with us. He always likes to share his experience with us. Moreover, when he needed anything, we loved to serve them. To serve him is not only our moral obligation but also a religious duty.
We learn, earn, and prosper for the bright future of our family. I love my father, mother, sister, and brothers a lot. They are everything to me. I'm still young and can work 16/24. Whenever I'm unable to serve the public, I would love to prioritize my family instead of VIP shelters. Whether they are family sorrows or family happiness, we all are together. We all need emotional and financial support at our old age that can be provided by a family.
Final Thoughts
The job culture is very tiresome. As we grow in our age, we become tired mentally to repeat the same routine daily. Hence, there are VIP shelters and residence houses to serve the retired people. Some people go there and spend their whole lives. Some people are like me. For me, my family is my everything. I not only have to spend my days and nights with them after retirement but also I want to keep myself in contact with them. This is all and I shall recommend to all Retired Dads and Mums to join Family after retirement instead of spending life in shelter houses.

Spending time with family after retirement is the best than opting to move to a retirement home for that. Most times, it doesn't go well with the old ones because they aren't with their families who would cater for them in all areas of life especially now that it is the age where they need close attention and care.
I'm also of the opinion that old relatives should spend the rest of their days with family instead of being kept in retirement homes. The love and care we share as a family can't be compared to what is given in retirement homes.
