Hello Hive Learners Community! Welcome to my blog. Due to the increase in Unemployment, many organizations have modified their job rules and regulations. Before hiring new employees, they try to have an eye on the background history as well as Social Media Aspects.
In this way, they not only monitor the daily activities of their employees on social media but also do Fines and Penalties. Moreover, the government, instead of taking action against these sorts of organizations and private companies for opposing freedom of speech and crushing human rights, encouraged them for these things. It is Injustice and mafias are doing everything to make themselves stronger.
Privacy Breach is a big Crime
To monitor someone's activities and to trace data of a person without his permission are illegitimate. We need to condemn these sorts of things if we are strong promotors of freedom. Privacy is the basic right of each individual. He or she should feel safe whether they are protesting or sharing something with the companies where they are employees.
Last year, I was at a dinner with a friend who is a Labour Officer in Okada. He disclosed a story in which hundreds of workers were expelled from a cotton company because of using social media without the permission of the company. When these laborers approached my class fellow, he, being a Labor Officer, decided to investigate the matter. When he contacted the company, he came to know that the company had thumbed on the job contract where it was mentioned that our employees are not allowed to use social media. Most of the laborers were uneducated, and some were middle-class. My friend debated with the company and forced the owner to attend an inquiry filed by Labor against him. When the owner attended the inquiry, my friend was successful in telling him that we couldn't keep someone away from social media. Our Labor had the freedom to raise their voices on social media. Moreover, the company act was against human rights. Until the Labor has not breached the company secrets you couldn't expel them. In this case, the Labor has shared their group selfie and nothing else so you people should tolerate instead of punishing. Moreover, you should memorize each laborer in the company because many people are uneducated and don't know what the company demands from them about social security. After a few days of investigation, the owner not only accepted his mistake but also gave the laborers the freedom to share anything on social media except company secrets.
On this success, I appreciated my friend. Being a Labor Officer, he did a wonderful job. We should encourage privacy policies and stop people crushing Labors.
Final Thoughts
Due to poverty and Unemployment, our youth has been forced to do those jobs where privacy breaches are very common. Our organizations and companies are crushing and putting Penalties on their employees if someone uses social media handlers to protest or raise their voice. The Government should cancel the Licence of these companies. Moreover, each government should make laws that protect the freedom of speech and social rights of each citizen. We can't crush our employees because he is using social media or has some connections. Due to a lack of laws, Labor is facing many challenges and blackmailing by private companies and organizations.

Perhaps, companies shouldn't intentionally stalk their workers, but what happens when the Instagram's algorithm decides to randomly place your post on your employer's screen after a swipe?
Truly agreed with you. The on employment is the biggest issue hindering jobseekers. And this is why organizations go the extent of invasions feeling its right.
For me I believe that employees should decide for themselves if they want to consent to this act because of what kind of job that is involved for image seck.
Thanks for sharing @aslamrer .
There must be a bottom line for each company. There should not ask for something from the employee that is related to personal information or violates privacy.
