When I was a kid, I just loved watching this cartoon called "The Powerpuff Girls." I was really into the adventures of Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup, three super-powered sisters who saved their city from different villains.
One of my favorite characters was Bubbles, the sweet and gentle sister who always loved animals and playing with her toy octopus. I was so inspired by her character that I drew a picture of her which I found on pinterest.
The Powerpuff Girls was created by Craig McCracken and produced by Cartoon Network Studios in the USA. The show first went on air in 1998 and immediately became one of the global phenomena which has a unique blend of action, humor, and heart.
In the show, Powerpuff Girls live with their creator and father figure, Professor Utonium, in the fictional city of Townsville. These girls must constantly defend their city from various villains including an evil monkey named Mojo Jojo, a giant lizard called HIM, and the Amoeba Boys.
The show's positive messages and strong female characters made it a beloved favorite among both kids and adults.

Process :
Step 1: I began by sketching the character's facial outline along with her hairs.
Step 2: After making the face outline I draw eyes and lips in it.
Step 3: Then I draw the cartoon's shirt with strips on it and her arms.
Step 4: After completing this I draw her legs and shoes.
Step 5: Now I started coloring in the character. Firstly, I color her hairs yellow. Secondly, I added blue color to the surroundings of her eyes and also in the two strips of her shirt. Thirdly, I added black color to her eye inner part, shirt, and shoes. At last, I colored skin in her face and both arms.
Step 6: In the final step, I give an outline to the character with a black pointer.
