Humming Bird Origami | Creative Sunday

in Hive Learners2 months ago

Hello Hive Learners!

Happy Sunday, all!
Today, I have something creative to share with you all. However, before I do, allow me to walk you through how I went about finding my ultimate origami design.

In brief, origami refers to the art of folding paper into detailed designs and shapes.
I started by exploring multiple origami websites, blogs, and social media accounts to begin my search. My amazement started building as I browsed through various simple to complex designs and patterns. I spent hours browsing, saving images, and writing down notes.
I discovered origami designs created to represent flowers, birds, and animals; in essence, designs made to copy nature. There is an appeal in bird designs. They looked so free, elegant.
After narrowing down my options, I decided to make an origami hummingbird.🕊️ I chose this design because of its delicate features, vibrant colors, and symbolic significance. Hummingbirds represent joy, beauty, and resilience – qualities that I believe we can all aspire to.
And now, without further ado, I'm thrilled to share my origami hummingbird with you!

I follow these👇🏻 steps to make my final product!

  • I take a piece of color paper and cut it in square. Then I Folded it to form triangle and open it.
  • Then I make a another folding and now square is divided into for blocks
  • After it I make a triangle folding of paper and again folded the paper upward from one side.
  • Then I folded the paper by continuing the previous folding.
  • By making this, I have folded one wing of the bird.

  • Then I have done both folding (Birds Wing) from the other side.
  • By completing it, I have started making beak of the bird. Its is very simple

  • Last step is this that I shifts two outer folding's inward so that the bird look cool and beautiful.

  • I added blue marker color in its beak and give an outline. Finally our humming bird is ready!!

I hope you enjoy this creation, and I look forward to seeing your comments and feedback!
Happy crafting, and I'll see you next Sunday🌞!
