Some miscreants have made children hostage in a school
A large group of people who would be interested in fixing this problem would include the childrens parents, the teachers, the school governors, the local police, and other people in the neighborhood.
You have proposed to
a) "beat up all the miscreants there" (which would result in "the children rescued"
and
b) ”send those miscreants to jail”
So, let's firstly focus on the first step to take. Let's say there are about 200 people who want to help rescue the children. Now many might have different ideas to you as to the best course of action to take, so we would need to quickly have a meeting to agree on what first step we could all take together, acting as Shaktimaan.
i for one would not agree with your proposal to "beat up all the miscreants".
i would probably propose something like:
My a). Let's all meet outside the school in exactly 1 hour (at xx:xx time) all keeping very quiet, then altogether after a count of 3, we rush into the school and restrain and tie up (not beat up) the miscreants. i think non-violence (or minimum violence if violence is necessary for defence - of the children in this case) is always the best course of action, because violence always breeds violence.
So, the most urgent part would (hopefully) have been resolved then the group could have another meeting to agree upon the next step, which may be to put the miscreants in jail.

I agree with you and I am also against violence but at that time we didn't know that we have about 200 people, at that time I had to carry out this mission alone, so I had no other option than to beat .
There was no option because if I tie up those miscreants one by one later, then all those miscreants together would tie me, then how would I rescue the children.
It is not right to do violence, but when it comes to saving someone's life, then we can do it at that time. If some miscreants tamper with the security of a country or come to harm the common people from violence, then will the police or military of that country not use violence?
Yes of course, i wasn't meaning to criticise you brother. i was just trying to show that in a group of people there will be many different ideas on what action to take. Now so far there are just the two of us trying to come to consensus on the next best action step we can take. So it sounds like you agree with my proposal (correct me if i am wrong) so we have reached consensus.
But we need more than just the two of us to storm the school, not that i know how many miscreants there are, so let's wait for @onetrueself and @chrisrice and perhaps a few others (maybe @thepromisedland and @samsidhicosmica too) to.join this discussion to see if we can reach consensus with a larger group - i think 10 people will be enough for this fictional example to demonstrate the method i mentioned earlier in a practical way.

Well, that's for sure they would, but because they don't know another way. But, in the future, when we have sufficient numbers so can put our Shaktimaan group into action with some real life situations, then more and more groups form using the same method of decentralised consensus, and it begins to become obvious to the masses that we are helping humanity very successfully, perhaps the police and military will also choose to adopt the same method, and even in time there may be much less need for police and military!

It's very beautiful and easier to play this game in the real not virtual company. We did last year in Hungary, we had one week CLIPS training. It means solution oriented program to quide community- led projects - in their initial step - and for existing initiatives that struggle with problem or simply need revitalization. It's one of the models. We have three of four different approaches. It was very educational and funny. If there are at least five of you here interested, I can write a post about it.

I agree with atma.love's proposal, but think we should nominate someone to begin the countdown so there's no confusion when we all arrive. And at least a few of us need to take some rope, or cable ties with us.

Ok. So we have all three participating so far agrees on a course of action (as to what we should best do re. this fictional situation where a group of children are being held hostage in a school). But can you imagine how difficult it would be to reach consensus with 200 people participating?
Next we will we need to reach consensus to elect 1 of the 200 who will begin the countdown to rush the school.
What i'm attempting to do here is demonstrate in a rudimentary way, the need for the consensus system i propose we use, and how it works.
