Yes, I also think any crime committed out of self defense should not be considered as a crime.
The person that took the guard's gun to threaten the doctor to treat his son has only done when he feels could save his son so that should also be pardoned.

That's what I think, it's a time of a lot of pressure when you see something like this happening, so often you just act to defend the life of the person you love or your own, so I think it would be a forgivable and partial crime.
