You found the root issue of your weight gain , in this case both Dieting and workout didn't work for you but you did very well to stay in shape. Jumping become horrible so I prefer walk with faster speed and long distance and it helps me seriously. But can't cut down the sugar intake 😅 I salute the peeps who can adopt for Dieting rather than burning their energies. Isn't it's weird to cut out your favourites instead of sweating more?

It depends on personal preferences and control, doesn’t it. By the way sweating isn't equivalent to fat burning.
Neither jumping nor walking. I have persistent pain in my foot. Both the things hurt. I even have difficulty performing day to day tasks. I keep a chair in the kitchen and keep on sitting every now and then.
I am flat foot, you know.

The pain with legs is difficult to deal with, believe me we can't do everything by sitting, walking and standing is crucial. Last month I was bed rest patient and apart from listening to taunts I felt I am the most miserable person in this world 🤠 May Allah Almighty bless you with good health as iron women like you can't afford it, your family want the active mom,wife hehe am I right ?
