What about the addiction of chocolates and the biscuits which have a lot of sugar added. Not blaming any generation for consuming any of these but I suppose glucose required by our body and these artificial stuff digested each time needs to have detailed description. Obesity is closely related to consumption of sugar and lifestyle also influences its lower digestion rate . Before writing this just ate jam toasted bread hehe.

I love jam!! Just a avoid jam with sugar added hehehe the fruit usually has a lot of sugar! We need to be rational and control ourselves not only with sugar but everything that in excess makes something bad to us.. including other people 🤣
