Most often we get lost while trying to achieve goals and we forget most of the wins we made during the year. In this discussion, we would use the opportunity to celebrate the wins we have made through the year 2024.
Discussion Questions:
- What's one thing you accomplished this year that you are proud of?
- Did you accomplish anything this year that was not part of the plan at the start?
- What or who inspired you to push through the challenges of the year?
- How do you celebrate your achievements, either big or small achievements?
